Separation is no one’s first choice.
At next best strategies, we know it can be hard to see what is waiting for you up ahead.
Let us help.
What We Do
Listen: We have been, if not in your shoes, then in very similar ones. We know separation can be an overwhelming, and grueling experience. Think of us as girlfriends who get it. We listen, and we don’t judge.
Strategize: Sometimes what you need is a sounding board or a sympathetic ear. Other times you need concrete options. We provide both. Wondering how to leave your relationship, navigate next steps, or work through the court system? We can help. Curious about what options are available to you, what resources you can access, or simply need support in organizing your thoughts, or properly documenting events in real time? We’re on it. Our personalized support meets you wherever you are in separation to support you with tangible options to move forward.
Communicate: Relationships rarely end with perfect communication. If you’re struggling to write that email to your ex, talk to your kids about what’s going on, or decide what ongoing communication should look like - we got you. We will work with you to develop a right-sized communication plan that works for your situation, including templates and other resources to help you say what you need, how you want.
Advocate: Sometimes emotions and judgment becomes foggy during such a trying stage of life. We want you and your family set up for success. We are dedicated to helping you advocate for the best, healthiest, and most sustainable outcome.
Encourage Emotional Health: When a relationship changes, it changes you. We know it can be difficult to act according to your values, find moments of clarity, and to set boundaries around what you will and will not accept. We work with our clients to identify how they want to show up in this moment.
Dream: This is not your forever. However you arrived at separation, it is only the end of this chapter, not your story. You deserve peace, joy, and the certainty that beautiful things await in your future. We are here to help you visualize, goal set, and realize the life you want.
